  在当天举行的论坛上,柬埔寨王家研究院、广西科学院、金山高科集团三方共同签署《柬埔寨—中国广西生态文明建设科技合作备忘录》。

  柬埔寨王家研究院院长宋杜表示,2024年是“柬中人文交流年”,柬埔寨和广西相关机构举办此次论坛,共同开展在生态文明建设科技、绿色循环经济领域的联合研究和能力建设,为推动柬生态文明建设注入新动力。柬埔寨王家研究院愿意成为广西乃至全中国科研机构和各类企业到柬发展的桥梁和纽带,以实际行动促进柬中两国的友谊与发展。

  广西科学院院长元昌安表示,桂柬双方有着深厚的友谊和合作基础,广西科学院将依托自身及金山高科集团等合作伙伴的技术优势,立足柬埔寨资源禀赋和发展战略,推进在非粮生物质技术、海洋养殖技术、碳中和与碳交易等领域的合作和产业化,并探索在新一代信息技术、高性能新材料、高端装备制造、大健康等领域的共同发展。

  作为一家聚焦“环境保护、生物氢能”战略新兴产业的科研型企业,金山高科集团本月9日与香港新华集团签署在柬埔寨共同开展生活垃圾无害化资源化处理等合作备忘录。金山高科集团董事长杨彬表示,该集团将以举办此次论坛和签署三方合作备忘录为契机,加快在柬开展生态环境治理、绿色能源利用等领域的应用和合作,为当地的“绿水青山”和“金山银山”事业做出积极贡献。

  中国科学院生态环境研究中心研究员周传斌,柬埔寨王家研究院中国研究所所长郭应伦等专家学者及业界人士,还就柬埔寨、中国和广西在生态文明建设和循环经济领域的新质生产力的最新成果及合作前景,进行友好交流和探讨。(完)
